Our Mission
At COBRA, our mission is to empower grassroots Republicans—especially within the Black community—to rise into leadership through education, engagement, and principled action.
We are committed to cultivating spaces where voters and future leaders develop the confidence, character, and discipline needed to lead with integrity and respect.
Our passion is growing the Republican base through authenticity, connection, and a shared commitment to faith, family, and freedom.
Pillar III Leadership
We are using our platform to lead from the front, speak truth to power and represent the interests of the Black Family and Black Fathers.
In 2022 Governor Ron DeSantis signed HB 7065, which includes educational programs, mentorship programs and one-on-one support to encourage responsible and involved fatherhood in Florida. The bill is tied to nearly $70 million in funding to provide a wide spectrum of family and youth support through the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

I want to thank all of the men and women that have been behind this. It is going to allow groups like All Pro Dad and people like those here today to do great things for our fathers here in Florida.”with a focus on individualized instruction and personal growth.
